Q: The "Follow All" button doesn't get enabled and I'm having problems unfollowing users.

A: Since eXTweet uses Internet Explorer for all of it's following and unfollowing actions, it is important for you to have a version of Internet Explorer 7.0 or above installed in order for everything to function properly - Version 6.0 or below are not supported.

- Click here for to download the latest version of Internet Explorer.

 

Also, after signing in to your Twitter account, remember to wait a few seconds for the software to fully initalize. You should see a text saying "Logged in as YourAccountName" before trying to do anything.
